Connectify

Connectify is a customer feedback and engagement platform for India’s intercity bus operators. They wanted to be seen as a trusted partner who helps operators climb search rankings through better ratings and passenger feedback.We designed a brand and communication system that tackled this challenge head-on. By blending humor, storytelling, and operator-first messaging, we positioned Connectify as the friend who ensures every trip turns into stars, visibility, and higher revenue. The design concept centered around clarity, relatability, and trust, making complex industry problems feel simple and solvable.
